Dr. Ryan Snelgrove’s research focuses on organizational change and social development in sport. In particular, Dr. Ryan Snelgrove is interested in

(1) how sport organizations and systems can successfully manage the change process to produce a variety of positive outcomes,

(2) how sport shapes individual, social, and national identities, and

(3) how sport events can be leveraged to create positive social outcomes.
